Cross-section of the Millennium of love, a man's growing-up process. From an extremely frivolous modern unruly teenager to the commander of a powerful army general encounters when crossing the space-time love, responsibility and love that cannot co-existence. Yi Xiao Chuan and Yi Da Chuan is a pair of twin brother that found a mysterious box which sent Xiao Chuan back to the year of Qin Dynasty, and leaving Da Chuan in the modern times. In the Qin Dynasty Xiao Chuan experienced all kinds of strange and thrilling adventure, and Xiang Yu, Liu Bang sworn brothers in order to met the emperor took part in the military uprising. Xiao Chuan of course, also met with his love - the Yu-Shu Jade Princess, but both cannot be due to various reasons of one another to abide by the law.

Xiao Chuan has always been cynical of the year 2000, the oldest continuous dynasty grew up in and began to realize the true meaning of responsibility and love. The other side, in the modern world Da Chuan, constantly struggle with the mysterious black people, and monuments in the search for traces of Xiao Chuan while in the process, he gains his love.

Summary

The novel is an account of the mythologized legends around the Buddhist monk Xuanzang's journey to India during the Tang dynasty in order to obtain Buddhist religious texts called sutras. The Bodhisattva Guanyin, on instruction from the Buddha, gives this task to the monk and his three protectors in the form of disciples — namely Sun Wukong, Zhu Bajie and Sha Wujing — together with a dragon prince who acts as the monk’s mount, a white horse. These four characters have agreed to help Xuanzang as an atonement for their past sins. Along the way they meet numberous obstacles that try to stop them from completing their spiritual mission.
